"Can not speak more highly of Jackson and Filippo. I have worked with them for 2 years now through Daily Mentor and they not only understand Google to an elite level but they also genuinely care about their customers."

"From the very first conversation with Jackson and his team, it was clear that we had found a Google Ads agency that prioritises results above all else. Their collaboration between data-driven experts and a skilled copywriter creates a dynamic duo for Google advertising success. I was particularly drawn to Echelonn as they only specialise in Google Ads, agencies that try to do it all are ones I typically avoid. Echelonn's dedication to the one platform shines through in their exceptional work. We are thrilled to have Echelonn as a partner in our global growth strategy. For those in need of a genuine Google Ads partner, Echelonn is a top choice."

"The Echelonn team are not your typical set-and-forget agency. They are real strategists who have been the secret weapon behind growth on Google across my range of brands. I trust Jackson and the team because they think like business owners and hold themselves accountable to results. You will struggle to find another agency partner like this."

Why ecommerce growth stalls

There’s a reason you can’t scale on Google and YouTube

In the accounts we audit, branded search, returning buyers and hot Meta audiences produce 90% of the revenue Google reports as growth. That revenue was already yours. But most setups take credit for it, and this leak shows up in three places:

01

Demand is capped

Search and Shopping do more than capture people who are ready to buy. They can expand your product coverage, reach informational and comparison searches, and bring new categories of demand into the account.

But most accounts stay concentrated around a small set of bottom-of-funnel keywords and product searches. That keeps the account harvesting the same demand every month instead of growing the pool. To keep growing, you need campaigns and pages that convert people earlier in the journey, before they're searching for your brand or an obvious product solution.

How often are you unlocking more segments of the market?

02

Your pages are limiting the traffic you can unlock

Most ecommerce accounts rely on a small number of bottom-of-funnel pages: product pages, collection pages and sometimes the homepage. Those pages convert people who already know what they want, but they aren't built for every audience or stage of intent.

Custom pages change the range of traffic you can buy. An informational search may need an educational page. A comparison search may need a proof-led comparison page. Cold traffic may need an advertorial, listicle or problem-focused page before it's ready for a product page. Pages built around the audience, query and objection unlock entire portions of traffic the account can't currently convert.

When was the last time you've scaled a new campaign type successfully?

03

Google doesn't know what you sell

Google can only target and rank from the information it receives. Your product attributes, category mapping, sales badges and reviews all tell the platform what the product is, who it's for, and whether it deserves to be shown.

When those signals are weak, Google serves the wrong products to the wrong people at the wrong time. Or worse, you place next to competitors who look like better choices than you do. More budget doesn't fix this. And showing up is only half the job: a new customer comparing you with three brands they've never bought from decides on your listings, images, badges and reviews.

Is your set-up optimized to capture high-intent searches? How well do your Merchant Center listings, product badges, and reviews differentiate you from competitors when shoppers are comparing options?

Who this is for

Built for 7- to 9-Figure eCommerce Brands.

If your account looks good on blended ROAS but the business is not growing at the rate your spend should support, there is a structural problem underneath it. Branded search, retargeting, and returning customers are doing most of the work. Most agencies never touch the levers that create new demand.

This is for you, if:

  • You are spending $20K+ a month on Google, or doing $500K+ MRR with room to spend more
  • Your product and offer already convert, the ceiling is acquisition
  • You want to scale spend but immediately see diminishing returns when you do
  • Your current set-up makes you doubt Google’s incrementality
  • You want to turn Google and YouTube ads into a second “meta”

Not for you, if:

  • You don’t have inventory capacity to scale
  • You want an agency that does all platforms, instead of one that specializes in Google and YouTube at an elite level.
  • You want someone to run the ad account and nothing else, we manage feeds, pages and creative because the account depends on them
  • You want a quick fix that will somehow improve your account
  • You're just starting out, testing small budgets, or still looking for product-market fit.

The six systems we build and run

A system designed around the single goal of scaling new customer acquisition through Google and YouTube.

This is the system we build and run around your account.

What's inside the system

01

Account Strategist

Alongside the rest of your team, you get a strategist on your account.

Veterans in eCommerce, they are experts in marketing strategy and unit economics. They know how a P&L moves and how your campaign performs.

Your strategist owns the commercial target, the roadmap and the decisions above the ad account: margin, new-customer contribution and product economics. They work alongside the media buyer, feed specialist, landing page team, creative strategist and technical specialist, so the account runs as one system.

02

Media buying

Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube.

We give cold, consideration and branded their own targets instead of letting them hide inside one number, and we tag every campaign for new-customer revenue. We buy against the commercial target you care about.

03

Feed and Merchant Center Management

Google Merchant Center (GMC) optimization is where the biggest wins are hiding.

Our specialists come from DataFeedWatch and Google. They work directly on your product data to ensure Google knows exactly what you sell. This means fixing messy attributes and multi-market feeds across thousands of SKUs, or crafting multiple tailored listings for single-product stores to capture different search intents.

We also optimize your reviews set-up, so product ratings, store ratings and recency make you the obvious choice for first-time buyers.

04

Landing pages

Product, sale, comparison, campaign-specific pages, advertorials and listicles.

This is not general website work. Our in-house team builds each page around the audience, offer, campaign type, and objection behind the click: advertorials and listicles for cold traffic, dedicated product and comparison pages for high intent.

Plus, our in-house SEO branch ensures every page is optimized not just for paid conversions, but to rank organically on the SERP and with LLMs.

05

Video and Native ads on Demand Gen.

Scripts, edits, hooks, angles, AI-assisted variants and category research.

We pull apart everything you have already run and deep dive into what your competitors are currently running. We produce scripts, edits and hooks in-house to generate AI creatives that not only grab attention but convert.

We then use these in Demand Generation campaigns to create more demand.

06

Measurement and proof

We agree the KPIs with you first, then build tracking that answers them.

We hold official partnerships with Hyros, Northbeam, Triple Whale and Haus. We install tracking from scratch or work inside whatever you already run, then split the account two ways: new versus returning, branded versus non-branded, reported weekly.

Why Echelonn

Echelonn vs. Other Agencies

All of this is included, because this is how we win together. We do not charge extra.

Echelonn
Other "Top Agencies"
Landing Pages

The first ever agency building Google Ads-specific landing pages optimized for ecommerce.

Use existing site pages or generic builders with no CRO intent.

Team Structure

You get a strategist, media buyer, tech expert, landing page specialist and creative strategist to support your growth.

1 media buyer managing 15-20+ accounts, minimal strategy time, all by themselves.

GMC and Product Feeds

1 feed expert and Google Merchant Center expert who know the ins and outs of ranking your listings. You own the GMC and the feeds, we improve them.

They do not touch Google Merchant Center. All they do is sync your Shopify and catch up with disapprovals.

Creative Department

You get access to a creative team who will script, edit and produce video ads for you using AI.

Rely on you to provide everything.

Audits

We start the conversation with an audit. Not a sales pitch. The best customized live breakdown of your Google Ads strategy.

Evergreen slides that they use for every brand. They talk about themselves, not you.

Contract Terms

Clients stay for results, not contracts. No upfront costs. No lock-ins. All contracts are month-to-month.

Hidden clauses. Onboarding costs. Long-term, rigid retainers.

Service Focus

100% Google and YouTube Ads for eCommerce. Every strategy and system is optimized for one platform.

Generalists. Split focus across Meta, TikTok, SEO and industry.

Frequently asked questions

Do you optimize for ROAS?

New customers matter more than a flattering blended ROAS. We split every account two ways, new versus returning and branded versus non-branded, and report both weekly so you can see which spend wins customers you did not already have.

Do you use platform data for reporting?

In-platform tracking matters enormously, it's the only signal Google can actually optimize against, so we make sure yours is clean and complete. But we don't judge performance on it alone. We hold official partnerships with Hyros, Northbeam, Triple Whale and Haus, and we work inside whatever you already run.

Why do you manage landing pages and feeds instead of just ads?

Because Google Ads performance depends on them. Sending paid traffic to a generic homepage is one of the biggest reasons ROAS looks fine while incremental customer acquisition stalls.

Why do you only do Google and YouTube?

Focus dictates how far into the channel we can go. Most agencies stop at the ad account and call everything else somebody else's job. Specializing entirely in Google and YouTube gives us the bandwidth to build the layers underneath the ads: SEO, reviews, feeds and bespoke advertorials.

Who will actually manage my account?

You get five specialists on your account: account strategist, media buyer, landing page specialist, tech specialist and creative strategist. Our media buyers cap at 6 to 8 accounts each, not 15 to 20+. The team is in Slack with you, not just on a monthly status call.

What are your contract terms?

No onboarding fee, no upfront cost, no lock-in. Month-to-month with no commission on ad spend. Clients stay because the work is good, not because the contract makes leaving hard.

Who is this service for?

7 to 9-figure ecommerce, from challenger brands to category leaders. We cap each media buyer at 6 to 8 accounts so the senior team executes the work instead of supervising it, which means we take a limited number of accounts at a time.

What if I already have an in-house team?

Often the best setup. We work alongside in-house strategists, media buyers, creative and ops, not over the top of them. Some clients keep a small in-house pod for day-to-day execution and use us as the senior layer for the harder problems: GMC escalations, creative direction, page builds and measurement.

How does the call look like?

We start with an audit. We screen-share your account, walk through the numbers live, and diagnose the layers between your ad spend and profitable growth. We name the exact constraint holding back your acquisition, map out the first three actions you need to take, and tell you if we are a fit. The audit is designed to be valuable even if you never hire us.
